Job summary

Dermalogica seeks an energetic Business Consultant to drive growth across Louisiana, Mississippi, and parts of Alabama. You will cultivate existing business, expand the customer base, and deliver exceptional service while educating clients on the Dermalogica value proposition.

The role requires frequent travel by car, regional trade shows, and pace to meet quarterly and annual KPI targets. Competitive compensation and bonus programs accompany a strong team environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of field sales experience, preferably in beauty or prestige consumer goods.
• Experience servicing salons, spas, physician offices, and sole proprietor customers is highly desirable.
• Licensed skin care therapist a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develops Dermalogica sales through a defined call plan, events, and education classes.
• Grow the number of qualified Dermalogica accounts within the territory.
• Service existing accounts with a trusting relationship and monthly visits.
• Meet targets for new account openings and sales goals.
• Prospect and open Dermalogica accounts through calls and events.
