Job summary

Amtel Wireless is seeking a District Sales Manager to lead 5+ retail locations and 30+ staff, driving sales and customer experience in the Metro by T-Mobile network. You will recruit, train, and motivate store teams, set standards, and act as the face of the company with partners and customers.

The role requires strong leadership, ability to travel within the territory up to 75%, and a proven track record in retail sales and people development.

Qualifications

• Open work availability for mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.
• Must be able to stand for long periods in a retail store environment.
• Must be 18+ years old and have a valid driver's license.
• Background check may be performed as part of the process.

Responsibilities

• Lead 5+ locations and 30+ employees to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
• Recruit, hire, train, develop and motivate store teams.
• Serve as a face of the organization to partners and internal stakeholders.
• Schedule, coach and mentor store managers and wireless sales reps.
