Amtel Wireless is hiring a Metro by T-Mobile District Manager to lead 3+ stores in the Louisiana region, overseeing Wireless Sales Representatives and Store Managers. You will recruit, train and mentor teams to maximize sales and customer experience across the district.

You will drive results, model professionalism, and maintain strong partner relationships while sustaining growth in a dynamic wireless retail environment.

Qualifications

• Open work availability mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead 3+ retail locations and employees including Wireless Sales Representatives & Store Managers.
• Recruit, hire, train, develop and motivate top talent to maximize profit and KPIs.
• Deliver top-notch results for all locations in the assigned area.
• Be a role model for store managers and maintain a high-performing image.
• Build strong relationships with carrier personnel and partner teams.
