Amtel Wireless I Metro by T-Mobile Livonia is hiring a District Sales Manager to drive results across multiple stores and a large team. The role focuses on leadership, recruitment, coaching and ensuring top customer experiences while meeting sales goals.

You will travel within the territory, lead by example, and help shape our growth in wireless retail with 5G across the Michigan stores.

Qualifications

• Open availability for mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Minimum 18 years of age.
• Background check may be performed in hiring process.
• Ability to stand for long periods in a retail store environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead 5+ stores and 30+ employees across the district.
• Model professional, high-performing leadership for store managers.
• Be the face of the organization to internal and external partners.
• Recruit, train, coach and motivate store managers and sales reps.
• Coordinate scheduling to meet business needs and drive results.
• Maintain product knowledge and ensure store standards and audits are met.
• Oversee merchandising, customer service and asset protection.
