Job summary

Amgen is seeking a Specialty Representative or Senior Specialty Representative for Bone Health to serve medical professionals and drive optimal product utilization across a defined U.S. territory including Saginaw, Midland, Muskegon, and Traverse City regions.

The role requires strong clinical knowledge and proven sales performance, with a focus on payer navigation and access strategies. Responsibilities include delivering scientific, branded messaging, building strong accounts, and partnering

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4 years of Sales experience OR Associate's degree and 6 years of Sales experience (Basic Qualifications).
• Bachelor’s degree and 3 years of sales/clinical healthcare experience for Senior (Basic Qualifications).
• Preferred: sales, marketing and/or clinical experience in pharma/biotech/healthcare industries.

Responsibilities

• Provide current knowledge of Amgen products to medical professionals to drive appropriate utilization.
• Promote products with branded messages and achieve territory sales targets through in-person and virtual engagement.
• Develop relationships and manage accounts, addressing access and reimbursement issues and ensuring product contracts.
• Provide feedback on marketing strategy and develop territory plans with the District Manager.
• Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and contribute to ongoing learning.
