Naturpak is seeking a Bone Broth Line Operator in Janesville, WI to operate and monitor the bone broth production line, ensuring product is filled, sealed, and packaged to quality specs. Role requires hands-on equipment knowledge, food safety focus, and routine sanitation/documentation throughout the shift.

The operator reports to the Production Supervisor and works in a food manufacturing environment with exposure to heat, steam, and moving machinery, adhering to GMP and PPE requirements.

Competenze

• Must be forklift-certified and able to operate forklift.
• Experience operating filling, sealing, or packaging equipment in food manufacturing.
• Ability to read and follow recipes, SOPs, and instructions.
• Basic math skills for weights and quantities.
• Understanding of GMP, food safety, and allergen control.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Effective communication for shift handoffs.

Mansioni

• Set up, operate, and monitor the bone broth filling and sealing line.
• Monitor line speed, fill weights, seals, and changeovers between runs.
• Respond to line stoppages and equipment issues.
• Conduct in-process quality checks and collect samples for QC.
• Perform preoperational checks and end-of-run sanitation (CIP).
• Complete production records and communicate line status to other shifts.
• Follow all food safety, allergen control, GMP, and PPE procedures.
