Qualifikationen

• Experience operating filling, sealing, or packaging equipment preferred.
• Able to read recipes and SOPs accurately.
• Strong GMP and HACCP awareness.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.

Aufgaben

• Set up, operate, and monitor the bone broth filling and sealing line.
• Monitor line speed, fill weights, and seals, and perform changeovers between product runs.
• Respond to line stoppages and equipment issues and escalate as needed.
• Conduct in process quality checks and collect samples for QC.
• Perform preoperational checks and end of run sanitation, including CIP.
• Complete production records and communicate with other shifts on line status.
• Follow all food safety, allergen control, HACCP, and safety procedures, including required PPE.
