Our client in Nashua, NH is seeking a Utility/Production Operator for their 2nd shift team. This hands-on role focuses on bonding and sanding to ensure parts meet production and quality standards. You’ll work with hand tools and equipment to prepare surfaces and finish components.

Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma or GED, manufacturing experience, and strong attention to detail. You must pass a background check and drug test.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Stage completed work for the next step in production.
• Keep accurate production counts and documentation.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Report any safety concerns or equipment issues.
• Support other production tasks as needed.
