firstPRO, Inc is seeking a Bond Support Specialist to join our Surety team in Philadelphia with a hybrid work arrangement. The role focuses on processing and managing clients' surety bond needs, liaising with underwriters, and issuing bonds to ensure accurate, timely service.

You will handle bond issuance, renewals, modifications, and invoicing, as well as review applications for completeness. A strong customer service mindset and detail orientation are essential to succeed in a fast-paced

Qualifications

Strong customer service skills and attention to detail are required.
Problem-solving and process-oriented thinking are essential.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; willingness to learn proprietary systems.
Stable work history with no job hopping is preferred.

Responsibilities

Process and manage surety bond needs, review bid specs/contracts, coordinate with underwriters.
Deliver top-tier customer service to clients, underwriters, and Producers.
Handle bond issuance, modifications, renewals, cancellations, invoicing, and database management.
Review incoming bond applications for accuracy and completeness.
Process endorsements and renewals, documenting changes and informing relevant parties.
Conduct quality checks and resolve documentation discrepancies.
Support accounting with billing issue resolution and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
