Job summary

AllSearch Professional Staffing in San Diego, CA is seeking a Surety Client Administrator for an independent insurance brokerage and risk management firm. You will support servicing and administration of surety bond accounts, process bond requests, maintain documentation, coordinate approvals, and assist with bond-related invoicing.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year experience in insurance or surety bonds, and experience supporting bond administration or client service.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in insurance or surety bonds.
• Experience supporting surety bond administration, bond processing, or insurance client service.

Responsibilities

• Process surety bond requests and prequalification letters.
• Obtain bond approvals within Aggregate Limit of Authority (ALOA) guidelines and communicate conditions of approval.
• Prepare and process routine surety bond transactions, including bond endorsements, consents, renewals, closing documents, and related servicing requests.
• Track bond status inquiries, bid results, and subcontract bond authentication.
• Coordinate bond execution and notarization requirements.
• Administer surety department invoicing, monitor aging, and assist with maintaining current accounts.
• Maintain client, bond, and surety carrier servicing documentation.
• Coordinate surety company requirements necessary to process bonds and related documentation.
