Qualifications

• 3+ years of engineering experience.
• City of Los Angeles Unlimited HP License.
• Engineering skills across systems, maintenance programs and engines.
• ATS environment approval requires a 10-year work history if available.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer requests and close work orders.
• Operate, maintain and repair HVAC and electrical/mechanical systems.
• Coordinate with internal/external customers on technical issues and maintenance plans.
• Review service bulletins and implement solutions as needed.
• Prioritize tasks to meet project and maintenance timelines.
