Job summary

ABM, a leading provider of integrated facility solutions, is hiring a Building Engineer in Los Angeles to support the daily operations of all building systems, including HVAC and related equipment.

You will respond to customer requests, submit and close work orders, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure safety, regulatory compliance and reliable operation. Union benefits apply.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of engineering experience.
• City of Los Angeles Unlimited HP License.
• Engineering skill sets for a range of systems and engines.
• Ten-year work history if applicable for ATS environments.
• Customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Provides engineering support for a wide range of systems and maintenance programs.
• Analyze design, operation and repair of vehicles/equipment components.
• Develop maintenance plans and ensure safe, legal operation.
• Review Service Bulletins and coordinate warranty recovery on SBs.
• Organize priorities and manage project implementation timelines.
• Coordinate with other teams to ensure safety and efficiency.
