Job summary

DÔEN is seeking a BOM Specialist for our corporate office in Van Nuys, CA. This non-exempt, onsite role focuses on creating and maintaining Bills of Materials for all apparel products, translating CADs and sketches into BOMs, and ensuring BOM data aligns with tech packs and design intent.

The position requires 1–2 years in product development or production, strong MS Office skills, and the ability to collaborate across design, product development and vendors.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years product development or production experience preferred.
• MS Office proficiency (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Photoshop & Illustrator a plus; Airtable or PLM familiarity a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop, organize and maintain Bills of Materials (BOMs) for all apparel products.
• Translate sketches, passes offs and CADs into structured BOMs.
• Document all components: fabrics, linings, trims, hardware, labels, packaging, colorways.
