Job summary

Winnebago Industries is seeking a BOM Specialist to manage the bill of materials for multiple product lines, collaborating with Product, Purchasing, Operations, and Customer Service. The role requires reading engineering prints, updating BOM data, and reconciling with purchasing.

Candidates should have a High School Diploma, strong MS Office skills, and 1–2 years in an RV manufacturing environment. AX Dynamics experience is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• BOM management required; experience reading engineering prints preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and database software.
• 1–2 years in RV manufacturing environment preferred; AX Dynamics experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Create, set up, and maintain BOMs for new models, assemblies, or features.
• Conduct BOM audits for accuracy and reconciliation with purchasing.
• Identify and source appropriate parts and assemblies and update AX configurator.
• Maintain part numbers requested by purchasing, engineering, and parts & service.
• Update BOMs with PCN changes, plant requests, and print updates.
• Provide BOM support to Product Development, Engineering, and Customer Service.
