Job summary

AWIP is seeking a Project Coordinator to manage entering complete bills of materials into SAP for project managers, ensuring timely production releases. The role requires strong communication and multitasking, with proficiency in SAP and OMS. You will support multiple departments, maintain schedules, and ensure accurate documentation.

This is an on-site position with safety-sensitive responsibilities. Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma, solid organizational skills, and experience

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong customer service and conflict resolution skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to establish and maintain positive relationships.
• Solid organizational skills with attention to detail and multitasking.
• Intermediate skill in Excel, Word, Outlook.
• Experience with order entry programs and software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review submitted bills of materials for completeness and accuracy against order documents.
• Enter bills of materials into SAP system for production.
• Schedule and communicate entry timelines with project management team.
• Ensure supporting release documentation is ready.
• Review SAP entries from other team members for accuracy.
• Notify project manager of special buyout items requiring advance purchase.
• Keep OMS system up to date on progress of tasks.
• Update schedule regularly and communicate changes to departments.
• Keep project file updated as directed by project manager.
• Provide customer support with SAP entries on material and credits for warranty claims.
• Keep Warranty Log updated with customer complaints.
