Job summary

Valid8 Financial, Inc. is seeking a Project Coordinator to enter complete bills of material into the SAP system for project managers to meet production release timelines.

You will review BOMs, schedule entry timelines, ensure release documentation is ready, and support SAP entries related to materials and warranty credits. Strong communication skills and proficiency with MS Office are essential in this fast-paced, safety-conscious manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Verbal and written communication skills required.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with bills of materials preferred.
• Proficient with project management and financial accounting software.
• Strong PC skills in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Adobe Writer, Visio.

Responsibilities

• Review BOM for completeness and accuracy.
• Enter BOMs into SAP for production.
• Schedule and communicate entry timelines.
• Ensure supporting release docs are ready.
• Review SAP entries for accuracy.
• Notify PM of special buyout items.
• Keep OMS system up to date on task progress.
• Update schedules and communicate changes.
• Maintain project files.
• Provide customer support with SAP entries on materials and warranty credits.
• Keep Warranty Log updated with customer complaints.
• Complete training by supervisor.
• Comply with policies and safety.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
