Job summary

International in Lisle, Illinois, is seeking an Engineering Specification Analyst to support BOM management and product-structure workstreams. You will help plan, implement, and maintain BOM data across programs, while facilitating adoption of the Traton Modular System (TMS) and cross-functional alignment.

The role emphasizes data quality, process consistency, and proactive communication to keep programs on track. A strong analytical mindset and BOM software experience are desirable for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with no experience or
• At least 2 years of data analysis experience.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States (no sponsorship)

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and validate product structures and BOM information for assigned programs.
• Support new product development, engineering changes, and ongoing maintenance.
• Ensure product structure data is complete and aligned with processes.
• Analyze discrepancies and coordinate with stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Support transition to TMS and data readiness.
• Collaborate with Engineering and business stakeholders to support deliverables.
• Promote standardized processes and documentation across programs.
• Contribute to continuous improvement to increase efficiency and data quality.
• Develop working knowledge across multiple product-structure activities.
• Monitor work and communicate risks or dependencies affecting timelines.
