Job summary

Ron Sunshine Associates LLC is seeking a BOM Manager to oversee the full lifecycle of product structural data and ensure data integrity across engineering, purchasing, and manufacturing functions.

The role requires reading engineering drawings, managing ECOs, and collaborating with multiple teams to optimize BOM configurations and cost controls. A Bachelor's in Engineering or SCM and 5+ years BPM experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or supply chain management.
• 5+ years of BOM management or related experience.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems (Epicor 2024.2 is a strong plus) and PLM software.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and blueprints.
• Strong communication to coordinate changes across teams.

Responsibilities

• BOM Lifecycle Management: Build and maintain BOMs for new/existing products.
• Part Creation & System Maintenance in ERP/PLM
• Engineering Change Management: implement ECOs and revisions.
• Data Integrity: maintain BOM data across ERP systems.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration with engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain.
• Cost & Inventory Control: assist in cost calculations and E&O inventory processes.
