Job summary

Zaddy Solutions seeks a detail-oriented BOM Manager to oversee the full lifecycle of product structural data. You will bridge engineering, purchasing, and manufacturing to ensure data integrity and implement ECOs that keep BOMs accurate and current.

In this role you will manage BOMs for assemblies and components, load parts in ERP/MRP and PLM systems, read engineering drawings, and collaborate across functions to optimize cost and inventory while supporting continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience in BOM management and engineering documentation or supply chain.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and data structures.
• Proven track record of cross-functional collaboration and data integrity.

Responsibilities

• BOM Lifecycle Management: Build and maintain BOMs for assemblies and components.
• Part Creation & System Maintenance: Manage components within ERP/MRP/PLM systems.
• Engineering Change Management: Implement ECOs and revisions for BOM accuracy.
• Data Integrity: Ensure BOM data consistency across departments in ERP systems.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with engineering, manufacturing and supply chain to resolve discrepancies and optimize processes.
• Cost & Inventory Control: Support cost calculations and E&O inventory activities.
