Ashton North LLC is seeking a Manager, Bill of Materials (BOM) to oversee the full lifecycle of product structural data. You will bridge engineering, purchasing, and manufacturing, ensuring data integrity and facilitating ECOs to support manufacturing efficiency.

The role emphasizes BOM maintenance, data accuracy, and collaboration across multiple teams to optimize parts configurations and reduce costs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or supply chain.
• 5+ years of BOM management experience.
• Strong ERP/MRP and PLM software knowledge.
• Ability to read engineering drawings/blueprints.
• Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• BOM Lifecycle Management: Build and maintain detailed BOMs for products.
• Part Creation & System Maintenance: Load and maintain component parts in ERP/PLM.
• Engineering Change Management: Implement ECOs and revisions for BOM accuracy.
• Data Integrity: Ensure BOM data integrity across ERP systems.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Align with engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain to resolve discrepancies.
• Cost & Inventory Control: Support material data accuracy and E&O inventory processes.
