Job summary
Saint Cyr Partners is seeking a detail-oriented BOM Manager to oversee the full lifecycle of product structural data, bridging engineering, purchasing, and manufacturing. You will ensure data integrity in ERP systems, implement ECOs, and collaborate across teams to optimize costs and inventory while supporting sustainable manufacturing practices.
The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or SCM and 5+ years of BOM management experience, with strong ERP/MRP and PLM proficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or supply chain management.
- 5+ years in BOM management or related field.
- Proficient with ERP/MRP systems and PLM software.
- Strong data reading, pattern matching, and accuracy.
Responsibilities
- BOM lifecycle management for products, including assemblies and components.
- Load, manage, and maintain component parts in enterprise systems.
- Implement ECOs and revisions to ensure BOM accuracy.
- Oversee BOM data in ERP to maintain consistency across departments.
- Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain teams to resolve discrepancies and optimize processes.
- Support cost calculation activities and assist in evaluating Excess & Obsolete (E&O) inventory processes.
