Job summary

Powerus in Rock Hill, SC is seeking a Configuration Management Specialist to establish and maintain product configurations, BOMs, revisions, and change processes across the product lifecycle. You will ensure the integrity, traceability, and accuracy of product data and serve as a link between Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and Supply Chain.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field required.
• 3–6 years in configuration management, document control, or product data management in manufacturing/engineering environments preferred.
• Experience administering ECRs/ECOs/ECNs and cross-functional change reviews.
• Strong BOM structures, part numbering, and revision control knowledge.
• Proficiency with PLM/ERP systems and reading engineering drawings.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain configuration management processes and procedures across the product lifecycle.
• Manage BOMs, part numbers, revisions, and configuration records with accuracy.
• Coordinate ECRs, ECOs, and ECNs and lead change review meetings.
• Ensure data integrity across engineering, ERP, and manufacturing records.
