Job summary

GeoLogics is seeking a Production Configuration Management Analyst for a York, PA site. The role focuses on leading MCN processing, reviewing MBOM impacts, and coordinating with manufacturing to implement changes on a 9/80 schedule.

The position is a 1-year contract to hire with a 4-year technical degree or equivalent experience required. Strong BOM/ECN understanding and ERP/PLM familiarity are essential.

Qualifications

• 4-Year Technical Degree or Equivalent Experience.
• Experience reading drawings (TDP).
• Knowledge of BOM.
• Experience with EPDM and OBIEE.
• Proficient with Oracle, Item Master, Drawing Files, and Routings.
• Proficient in Excel; good communication skills.
• Understanding of manufacturing processes to build products.
• Experience handling non-conforming parts for re-work by outside service provider.

Responsibilities

• Lead role for processing MCNs and implementation plan.
• Review TDP and change documents against MBOM.
• Identify impact to MBOM configuration, routings, assembly, and work instructions.
• Collaborate with manufacturing to gather current configuration data.
• Arrange and conduct meetings to plan changes and follow-up.
• Provide technical input for problem solving.
