Job summary

Acument Global Technologies - North America is seeking a Boltmaker Operator to set up and operate boltmaker machines, ensuring daily production goals and quality specifications are met. The role requires reading blueprints, using BOMs for tooling sequences, and performing routine maintenance.

Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED, with 6 months of training and potential 2nd shift, plus helpful manufacturing experience.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED; training provided.
Successful completion of a 6-month training process (train on 1st shift for up to 6 months, then switch to 2nd shift).
Experience in manufacturing is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

Meet daily production and quality goals.
Identify proper tooling sequence using BOM.
Set up operation of machine components (wire draw, header, pointer, roll section, tracks and conveyors).
Troubleshoot and perform preventative maintenance on machines.
Record production activities and machine performance.
Ensure safety standards are met and maintain a clean, safe work environment.
Operate boltmaking machinery (Sacma, National, Formax, Nedschroef).
Perform other duties as assigned.
