Job summary

Ascensus, a leading technology and service platform for savings plans, seeks an experienced professional to manage reporting for BOLI and ICOLI portfolios. You will analyze data, develop reports, and ensure accuracy for a group of clients.

The role requires strong Excel and Crystal Reports skills, knowledge of GAAP and regulatory standards, and the ability to handle sensitive data under tight deadlines. Travel up to 5% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, or related field.
• 3–5 years of total experience in banking or insurance industry.
• Advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel.
• Crystal Reports experience is required.
• Life Insurance license or ability to obtain within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of client reporting needs.
• Research and resolve client-specific issues about products, policy values, and report data.
• Prepare, review, and deliver all client reporting.
• Perform quality control checks and report client satisfaction to supervisors.
• Handle large volumes of PII with appropriate sensitivity.
