Job summary

Bojangles is seeking an Assistant General Manager in Winder, GA to help lead one of our restaurants. You will work closely with the General Manager to drive performance, uphold standards, and foster a positive team culture in a fast-paced environment.

The AGM will lead by example, take initiative, and play a key role in daily operations, from staffing and training to guest service and safety compliance. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability is required.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of leadership experience in restaurant or food service.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Working knowledge of food safety procedures and basic business operations.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations
• Lead, train, and coach team members to deliver exceptional guest service
• Help manage scheduling, labor controls, and team productivity
• Monitor food safety, cleanliness, and operational compliance at all times
• Step into a leadership role in GM’s absence, making sound operational decisions
• Handle guest issues with professionalism, aiming for swift resolution and satisfaction
• Contribute to team accountability, morale, and goal achievement
• Assist with inventory, ordering, and cost controls
