Job summary

Kaeser Compressors, Inc. is seeking a Branch Territory Manager to cover Boise, ID and surrounding areas. The role is a full-time sales position with a base salary plus commissions and uncapped earning potential, supported by training and a strong technical staff.

A company vehicle, cell phone, and laptop are provided. The selected candidate will promote energy-saving air compressors, design system solutions, and meet sales goals while representing Kaeser professionally.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• A mechanical aptitude.
• Proven time/territorial management skills.
• Clean Driving Record (required)
• PC literate, specifically Google Workspace (required)

Responsibilities

• Call on end-customers in their territory to promote and sell our energy saving air compressors and related equipment.
• Acquire the knowledge and technical expertise necessary to design and sell our quality air systems.
• Be responsible for professionally representing Kaeser at all times.
• Use a variety of Kaeser-provided sales tools.
• Reach and maintain sales goals.
