Job summary

Jet Health, Inc. is seeking a dedicated full-time Home Health Scheduler for our Boise, ID office. The role focuses on efficiently scheduling patient services and coordinating with staff to deliver high-quality care to our patients in Boise and surrounding areas.

This position is not remote; the successful candidate will commute to the Boise office. A High School diploma and related experience are required, with a preference for candidates who have 1 year of home health or hospice scheduling

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• One year of home health or hospice scheduler experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and multitasking skills.
• Experience with electronic medical records (HCHB preferred).
• Strong organizational and customer service abilities.

Responsibilities

• Schedule patient/client services and coordinate with staff to ensure high-quality care in Boise, ID and surrounding areas.
• Document schedules promptly and manage coordination with management and interdisciplinary team.
• Communicate effectively with patients, staff, and referral sources to meet needs and deadlines.
• Support workflow in a routine office environment and be flexible with hours as needed.
