Job summary

Home Helpers of AR is seeking an Area Care Tech to step in and support clients when regular staff are unavailable. This role offers daily pay and the chance to make a meaningful impact in home care.

Ideal candidates are experienced caregivers or CNAs who thrive in fast-paced environments, value reliability, and can travel across assigned areas to provide compassionate care, personal assistance, and companionship.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Active CNA or PCA license preferred, or willingness to become PCA.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Current auto insurance.
• Clean background check.
• Willingness to travel to client homes.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with personal hygiene and grooming
• Supporting safe mobility and transfers
• Performing light housekeeping and meal preparation
• Offering companionship and emotional support
• Documenting care activities and reporting any changes in client condition
• Responding quickly to client needs in various homes across assigned areas
