Job summary

Austin Industries, Inc. is seeking a Boilermaker Supervisor to oversee skilled and unskilled workers on diverse construction projects. You will schedule work, coordinate resources, and ensure safety, quality, and cost objectives are met on site.

The role requires leadership, coordination of crews, and adherence to project plans and company policies while maintaining productive relationships with inspectors, vendors, and subcontractors.

Qualifications

• Education – no minimum education requirements.
• Experience – 5+ years of Industrial and Supervisory experience preferred.
• Certifications/ Licenses: NCCER, a Valid TWIC Card and Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate work to meet timetables and budgets.
• Supervise skilled and unskilled workers on varied construction tasks.
• Manage crew, equipment, materials, and safety on site.
• Logistics planning, QA/QC inspections, and closeout activities.
• Mentor subordinates and enforce company policies and safety rules.
