Job summary

Beyond New Horizons, LLC (BNH) seeks a Boilermaker at Arnold AFB TN to support Test Ops. The role involves metalworking, fabricating heavy ducting, installation and testing of articles, and operating test facility equipment within a team. Security clearance and U.S. citizenship are required.

The position offers regular full-time hours with shift flexibility based on workload, competitive pay, and benefits. Must complete welding tests per ASME IX and read technical manuals in English.

Qualifications

• Four (4) years of layout, industrial boiler making and metal fabricating work.
• Able to complete Welder Performance Qualification tests per ASME IX.
• Able to obtain security clearance and read technical English.

Responsibilities

• Prepare test facility equipment for operations.
• Prepare test article for testing.
• Install test article and check installations.
• Troubleshoot equipment and test articles during malfunctions.
• Operate plant equipment during tests.
• Assist in tests and remove test articles after tests.
• Install and maintain heavy ducting systems, heat exchangers, condensers.
• Perform maintenance to keep equipment in operation.
• Use hand tools, power tools, measuring/testing equipment.
• Instruct less experienced craftsmen.
