Job summary

Yearout Mechanical LLC, a Legence company, is seeking an experienced Boiler Technician to maintain, operate, and repair heating and cooling systems across NM and TX. The role requires travel to customer facilities, ability to obtain security clearances, and willingness to work weekends, overtime, and odd schedules.

Training and certifications will be provided by the company. The ideal candidate will hold a Journeyman License, Boiler Operator License, and preferably Pipe-Fitter or Gas-Fitter

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Journeyman License required.
• Boiler Operator License (BO1/BO2) required.
• Pipe-Fitter (JPF) or Gas-Fitter (JG/JPG) preferred.
• Valid Driver's License and clean driving record required.
• No Criminal Background required.
• Proof of American Citizenship required.
• Ability to pass multiple drug and background screens.
• At least 2 years of Mechanical/Electrical Experience.

Responsibilities

• Travel to job sites for routine and emergency boiler service.
• Read and understand technical manuals, emails, quotations, and jobsite warnings.
• Assist in troubleshooting and repairs on boilers, pipelines, and related equipment.
• Maintain records on maintenance, fuel consumption, and production.
• Submit timesheets and work orders timely and legibly.
• Comply with safety policies and inspection requirements.
• Coordinate with inspectors, foremen, and authorities as required.
