Job summary

Fulton-Thermal-Corporation is seeking a Product Engineer to manage boiler orders, improve order processing, and support manufacturing with engineering expertise. You will coordinate with suppliers, review drawings, and ensure on-time delivery while maintaining quality and customer satisfaction.

The role requires knowledge of mechanical and electrical design, project management experience, and strong communication skills to interface with customers and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Engineering or technical degree preferred.
• Project management experience.
• Knowledge of mechanical and electrical design principles.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Review and approve customer orders, specifications, and drawings to meet production timelines and ensure conformity with codes.
• Coordinate with supply chain to ensure timely delivery of parts and identify substitutes when needed.
• Provide technical support during manufacturing, and perform in-process and final inspections, plus aftermarket literature/documentation.
• Act as liaison between manufacturing and customers to resolve technical and commercial issues.
• Ensure proper documentation is saved in the job file and provided to customers.
