Qualifications

• Boiler room operations and steam system maintenance.
• Experience with steam systems and boiler equipment.
• 3–5 years maintenance technician experience preferred.
• Ability to read and follow safety procedures.
• Basic plumbing tasks and leak repair.
• Painting, drywall patching and surface prep.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, maintain, and operate steam systems and boiler room equipment.
• Monitor water levels, regulate fuel flow, and record usage.
• Respond to emergency maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Maintain pump room and report malfunctions.
• Troubleshoot building systems including electrical, HVAC, plumbing.
• Assist senior technicians with complex repairs and projects.
