Job summary

OPC Arbre Farms is seeking a Boiler/Refrigeration Operator I for the 2nd shift to operate IQF tunnel systems and assist in maintaining boiler and refrigeration equipment. The role is full-time with benefits after 60 days and vacation after 90 days.

You will monitor production needs, adhere to GMP and safety policies, and support other departments as needed. A high school diploma or GED and 1–2 years boiler/refrigeration experience are preferred; exemplary attendance is required.

• High Diploma/GED or equivalent preferred.
• Boiler and refrigeration experience 1–2 years preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve the needs of customers and all stakeholders.
• Adhere to all Food Safety Policies and GMP practices.
• Ensure Boiler/Refrigeration Tunnel Systems are ready for the production needs.
• Keep tools and equipment in good working order and put away in the proper locations.
• Use/wear all Personal Protective Equipment required by the company.
