Job summary

ReGenerate seeks an operator to monitor and control field facility operations, including boilers, turbines, and auxiliaries, ensuring safety and efficiency. The role covers daily water testing, preventive maintenance, and general equipment handling to support facility needs.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, 1 year of industrial or military experience, and a Maine boiler license (3rd class license preferred). Lifting and climbing are required. Pay is experience-based.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least 1 year of experience in the industrial sector or military is required.
• Active State of Maine High Pressure Boiler License is required; a Maine 3rd class Stationary Steam Engineer License is preferred.
• Control Room Operator experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and control facility operations in the field, including operating the boiler, turbine, and other power plant auxiliaries.
• Perform daily water chemistry testing and preventative maintenance on assigned equipment.
• Execute heavy equipment operation, housekeeping and other duties to support facility needs.

Job description

This position is responsible for monitoring and controlling the facility operations in the field on a continuous basis, which includes operating the boiler, turbine, and other associated power plant auxiliaries in a safe and efficient manner, compliant with all State and federal regulations, and company policies and procedures.

Additional duties will include performing daily water chemistry testing, preventative maintenance of assigned equipment, heavy equipment operation, housekeeping and other duties as may be needed in order to support facility demands.

The position requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, a minimum 1 year experience in the industrial sector or military, effective communicator and analytical skills.

Possess an active State of Maine High Pressure Boiler License; State of Maine 3rd class Stationary Steam Engineer License preferred.

Control Room Operator experience a plus.

The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated individual looking to advance within the Company to the Control Room Operator position.

The position does have lifting, carrying and climbing.
