Job summary

Cordia in Minneapolis seeks a Boiler Operator, O&M Engineer to provide ongoing operations and maintenance of district heating and cooling plants, safely operating boilers, chillers and auxiliary equipment. Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of steady work experience with steam and chilled water equipment.
• Must hold Minnesota First Class 'A' Operating Engineer's License or obtain within 2 years (4-year path with reduced wage).
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Maintain boilers, chillers, and auxiliary equipment in safe, compliant operation.
• Review plant systems and perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance.
• Complete logs, records, and plant paperwork; support with project activities.
• Work rotating shifts and ensure workstations stay in good order.
• Assist with facility cleaning or meter reading as needed.
