Job summary

NRG Services LLC is seeking a Boiler Maintenance Technician to monitor and optimize boiler fuel combustion and operate associated equipment. You will perform routine inspections, maintain records, and ensure compliant, safe operation of all building systems.

The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, familiarity with CMMS and ServiceNow, and the ability to follow established safety and risk policies. Training provided for MS Office and BMS tools.

Qualifications

• Experience with boiler systems and fuel control.
• Ability to follow safety protocols and maintain a safe work environment.
• Proficiency with MS Office and basic CMMS usage.
• Knowledge of building systems operation and monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain optimal fuel combustion in boiler systems.
• Operate and control auxiliary equipment including deaerators and feedwater pumps.
• Inspect and test fuel systems, burners, and related equipment.
• Maintain clean and safe boiler room and facilities.
• Follow safety protocols to prevent accidents and fire hazards.
• Keep accurate records of boiler operations and maintenance.
• Perform rounds across mechanical, plumbing, and building systems.
• Collaborate with boiler operators and maintenance staff.
