• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.

• Ability to work at heights, in confined spaces, and in varying weather conditions.
• Previous industrial, maintenance, manufacturing, mechanical, heavy equipment, boiler, or utility experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor industrial boiler systems to ensure safe, reliable production.
• Conduct equipment inspections and routine preventative maintenance.
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues and assist with repairs.
• Replace belts, valves, and other components as needed.
• Operate equipment such as front-end loaders.
• Maintain safe, clean work areas.
• Support plant operations by responding to changing priorities and operational needs
