Job summary

Georgia-Pacific LLC is seeking a Boiler Supervisor for its plywood facility in Camden, TX. In this role, you will lead operations in the Boiler/Utility department, support capital investments, and ensure environmental compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years leadership experience required.
• Experience with compliance and reporting through XL Gaps or similar.
• Flexibility to work any shift required.

Responsibilities

• Lead environmental compliance projects and boiler operation improvements.
• Assist in capital plans and project prioritization.
• Act as technical coach for plant teams and manage escalations as needed.

Skills

Leadership experience in industrial or military environment

Knowledge of fire systems

Understanding of thermodynamics and combustion principles

Proficiency in Microsoft Suite

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Chemical or Mechanical preferred)
