Responsibilities

• Operate boiler loading equipment safely and efficiently.
• Transport biomass fuel, chips, bark, and sawdust as needed within the facility.
• Perform pre-shift checklists on mobile equipment and document results.
• Maintain clean fuel handling areas and perform daily housekeeping in the boiler area.
• Monitor boiler controls, start-up and shutdown procedures, and adjust as necessary.
• Record boiler readings, water tests and chemical levels per procedures.
• Complete boiler preventative maintenance checklists and log daily activities.
