Job summary

Qualifications

• One year of experience in manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Willingness to work rotating 12-hour shifts.
• Ability to operate a variety of mill equipment safely.

Responsibilities

• Work rotating shifts of up to twelve hours a day.
• Work any shift, holidays, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• Maintain safety rules and wear PPE.
• Operate forklifts, front-end loaders, air lances, chainsaws, pike poles, and other mill tools.
• Keep areas clean to create a safe workspace.
• Cross-train on production equipment to fill in for others during absences.
