Job summary

Providence St. Patrick Hospital in Missoula, MT seeks an experienced Boiler Operator to operate and maintain gas and oil-fired high-pressure boilers and the associated HVAC systems. You will perform basic maintenance, troubleshoot, and support facilities engineering as directed.

Requirements include state licensure with National Boiler Operator Grades II–III and mechanical experience. An Associate's degree in mechanical trades is preferred.

Qualifications

• Mechanical experience with boiler systems and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain gas or oil fired high-pressure boilers and auxiliary equipment.
• Operate and maintain HVAC equipment and controls of various types.
• Perform minor maintenance and repairs of all mechanical equipment and related electrical components.
• Perform other tasks as directed by the Engineering Supervisor and/or Director of Facilities Engineering.
