The candidate will operate MIG and SMAW welders, interpret blueprints and welding symbols, and contribute to continuous improvement. This is an on-site, full-time position with a strong emphasis on safety, accuracy, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Experience welding in manufacturing settings using MIG and SMAW.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and welding symbols.
• Proficient in using measuring devices and tape measures.
• Strong communication and ability to follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Weld carbon steel components per approved procedures and production needs.
• Prepare surfaces, grind, and finish welds.
• Operate MIG, SMAW welders and related fabrication tools.
• Read blueprints and welding symbols; ensure quality meets standards.
• Maintain clean, organized, safe work area and follow safety rules.
