Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 5+ years welding experience in manufacturing, heavy fabrication, pressure vessels or boiler production.
• Ability to read blueprints, weld symbols and fabrication drawings.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced welding of carbon steel and other materials per drawings and ASME/WPS standards.
• Independently complete complex fabrication and welding with minimal supervision.
• Mentor less experienced welders and support continuous improvement initiatives.
