Qualifications

• Experience maintaining high‑pressure steam boilers, chillers, and related systems.
• Ability to treat water chemically for proper conditioning.
• Capable of operating, dismantling, and maintaining boilers, pumps, valves, and air conditioning/heat systems.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain boilers, chillers, and related equipment.
• Balance HVAC systems by taking flow readings and adjusting ducts and fans.
• Monitor building automation and fire control systems and issue computer commands.
• Perform preventive maintenance on heat plant systems and equipment.
