Qualifications

• Experience in operating and maintaining industrial-sized boilers, chillers, and associated equipment.
• Shall possess a current Stationary Engineer’s license or obtain within 2 years.
• Must be able to work in varying conditions including heat, cold, and dust.

Responsibilities

• Operates and maintains the engineering plant providing utilities like heat and cooling.
• Performs preventative and corrective maintenance on plant equipment.
• Logs operations and maintains the cleanliness of the plant.

Skills

Oral and written communication skills

Knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

Experience with CMMS

Ability to lift 50 lbs

Education
