Job summary

You will monitor systems with Metasys, perform preventive maintenance, and keep thorough logs to support reliable facility operations.

Requirements include a High School diploma or GED, four years of boiler/chiller experience, and relevant licenses.

Qualifications

High School diploma or GED required.
Four years of hands-on work experience with boilers and chillers.
High Pressure Boiler Operator's License or greater.
3rd Class Refrigeration License or greater.
Must possess valid Michigan Driver's License.

Responsibilities

Ensure safe and proper operation of high-pressure boilers for steam and hot water distribution.
Monitor and maintain boiler house equipment, pumps, valves, and controls.
Operate, regulate, and maintain chillers and energy systems to reduce consumption.
Log readings and maintain boiler logs; respond to deficiencies promptly.
Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on mechanical, plumbing, and electrical systems.
Identify and correct issues with medical gas systems and related tube systems.
