Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience as Utility Plant Operator.
• Associate degree preferred.
• MN State Engineer’s License Second Class A or B; First Class B within 24 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Operate, inspect, and maintain the Central Utility Plant.
• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs per standards.
• Dismantle, move, install, or repair machinery and equipment.
• Read colorimetric tests and log results.
• Prepare boilers for state and insurance inspections.
• Use computerized maintenance management system.
