Huey’s is seeking a BOH Window Expeditor to bridge kitchen and FOH during busy service. In a fast-paced Memphis restaurant, you will organize tickets, coordinate staff, and communicate clearly to keep orders moving smoothly.

A successful BOH expeditor possesses strong communication, stamina for long shifts, attention to detail, and knowledge of the menu to ensure temperature, presentation, and safety standards are met while keeping the expediting area clean and stocked.

Responsibilities

• Organizing tickets and prioritizing outgoing meals.

• Ensure orders are prepared with the correct priority.
• Check dishes before delivery to FOH expediter for accuracy and temperature.
• Deliver orders to maintain fast service.
